  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales or upselling products during customer interactions.
